Architectural concept

gosposhtina-1.jpg

The architectural concept was developed by the Moscow architectural bureau “Paper Team”, chief architect Levon Airapetov.

Location Gosposhtina, located above the city of Budva, is a plot with a slope of 30 to 40 degrees with two entrances and with a beautiful view of the bay of Budva.

The main idea of the project is to combine two main types of buildings on the mountain - terraced carpet buildings and point-like tower houses. The sliding horizontal of the stairs, as a symbol of ascent and descent, and the vertical of the towers, as a symbol of stop and observation.

The towers are glass flasks, “covered” around the perimeter with a rigid “skin” of movable verticals of complex shape, with holes for the penetration of thin rays-bunnies. Mobility allows you to get the desired picture with a sea view at any time or hide from the sun. Residents by their actions change the shape of the facade, its illumination and structure.

Terraced buildings, bypassing the towers, leave green areas around them. Each terrace pushes forward a horizontal artificial garden in trays, protecting the lower terrace from the sun and from its neighborhood, and horizontally they are separated by a vertical garden that jumps up from level to level. The recreation area with a pool is given the best upper platform with a magnificent view, ending in a 4-storey block that covers the upper parking.

All this creates a diverse, but at the same time, collected in a single image of the object.

The total area of the complex with parking is up to 8,500 sq. m.

It is possible to rework the architectural concept within the framework of the accepted urbanistic indicators.
