Property development project
A master-plan detailing one of the possible options for the development of this property has been developed in accordance with international standards and guidelines.
The document defines the functional zoning of the property and proposed basic planning solutions.
The project involves the construction of a five-star hotel with a capacity of about 200 rooms, a private yacht club, and a marina.
Several restaurants, cafes, bars, spa centers, sports facilities, swimming pools, and three beach areas are planned to be located on the territory of the complex.
In addition to the hotel, a 4-6 floor apartment complex and about 30 villas will be built.
